Crusin' Chloe

Happy Spring, my friends! =) Sparkle Creations is the sponsor for this week's Card Patterns challenge and here is a card that I made for Sketch 157.

I used the delightful Crusin' Chloe for my card and gave the sketch a little twist to fit the image.

Crusin' Chloe is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, partly colored with Copic markers then cut out. I chose to paper piece her bug this time.

The patterned paper is from Neapolitan 6x6 Paper Pad by American Crafts and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

That's all I have. Have a  beautiful day, my friends! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

March Krafty Hop!

Hi ya! It's release day over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! All new stamps are available starting today. Kraftin' Kimmie is releasing a cute and delightful set from Cheryl called Springtime Lulu. Emilie is releasing two adorable gnome sets called What's Up, Gnomie? and Hanging With My Gnomies. And Annie is adding a group of beautiful Flower Girls to her Moonlight Whispers collection. There is also a coordinating Flower Sentiments set to go with the Flower Girls. So don't forget to check them all out at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Store!

If you got here from Michele's Blog, you are on the right track. If not, you can start the hop from Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge Blog. Don't forget to leave comments along the way, TWO lucky commenters will each receive a package of assorted new stamps! Now, on to my cards for the release hop. =)

My first card is made using Anni's beautiful Rose.

I started out by trimming a piece of PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock to size then stamped Rose and the sentiment on it using my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, then colored the image with Copic markers.

There is actually a little piece of patterned paper from Kissing Booth 6x6 Paper Pad by BasicGrey cut using Fiskars' border punch stitched to the bottom of the image piece. The sentient comes with Rose.

My second card is made using the knitting gnome from Emilie's Hangin' With My Gnomies set.

She is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then cut and embossed using a Classic Rectangles Large die. The piece is then matted with a piece of patterned paper cut using a Labels 23 die before I stitched the layers together. The sentiment piece is cut and embossed using a Classic Ovals Large die and matted with a piece of patterned paper cut using a Classic Scalloped Ovals Large die.

The patterned paper is from the yummy Neapolitan 6x6 Paper Pad by American Crafts and the sentiment is included in the Hangin' With My Gnomies set.

That's all I have, it's time to send you to Angie's Blog! You wouldn't want to miss what she created for the blog hop! =) Again, remember to leave comments along the way for the chances to win some new stamps and don't forget to check out the new releases here! Good luck and have fun hopping! =)

Krafty Peek Day 3

Hi! It's Krafty Peek Day 3 and we are sharing projects made using Annie Rodrigue's new Flower Girls set to her Moonlight Whispers Collection. We are also combining this preview with this week's Krafty Girl Challenge and the host happens to be yours truly. =) Here is the challenge.

And here is my card.

Yeah.... Even I can't stick to my own sketch, but I think this is not news to you. =)

I used the new and lovely Dandy Lion for my card. She is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then cut and embossed using a Standard Circles Large die.

The patterned paper is from Follow Your Heart Be Happy 6x6 Designer Paper Pad by My Mind's Eye and the sentiment comes with this stamp.

That's all from me. Please go and check out what the other Krafty Girls and Krafty Guests created using Annie's new collection as well as the challenge here. Don't forget to leave comments along the way, TWO lucky commenters will each receive 3 of the new Flower Girls! Have fun and good luck! =)
