Celebrate Today

Happy Monday, my friends! =) Here is a card that was accepted to be published in the March issue of the late Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking magazine.


Every once in a while, I am happy with my watercoloring. =)


The flowers, bee and leaves from My Cute Stamps' Celebrate Today set. They are stamped with Antique Linen Distress Ink, colored with Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor. Since My Cute Stamps is no longer selling their stamps, a good alternative is Simon Says Stamp's Summer Garden set. =)


The sentiment is from You Can Do Anything set by Simon Says Stamp.

Critters in the Arctic

Happy Weekend, my friends! =) Here is a card that I made for the January challenge over at Inspiration Journal.


This month's challenge theme is "Fresh Start." There is no restrictions as to what you make, so get crafting and link up your projects for a chance to win!


I colored up the birch trees from Lawn Fawn's Joy to the Woods set and Mr. Moose from Critters in the Arctic set with Copic markers, then fussy cut them out.


The snowy ground is cut using a Paper Smooches Borders 1 dies and the speech bubbles are from Lawn Fawn's Into the Woods set.

CAS(E) This Sketch #107

Hi all! =) It's time for a new challenge over at CAS(E) This Sketch! First is the sketch:


Here is my take on the sketch.


This little cutie makes me happy! =)


The adorable image is from Neat & Tangled's Gifts for You set. She and the little crown are stamped on Papertrey Ink's Rustic White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then fussy cut out.


The sentiment and little hearts are included in the Gifts for You set. I covered the hearts with Glossy Accents and traced the sentiment with a Clear Glitter Wink of Stella brush pen for a little texture.

Monster Mash

Hello, my friends! Hope your week is off to a great start! =) Here is a card that I made using super fun stamps from Lawn Fawn.


You can find this formidable little monster set over at Inspiration Emporium. =) This month's challenge over at Inspiration Journal is "Fresh Start". We want you to get your mojo flowing for the new year, so sky is the limit! There is no restriction as to what you make, just make sure to link them up for a chance to win!


Mr. Monster is from Lawn Fawn's Monster Mash set. He and his cookies from Milk and Cookies set are colored with Copic markers then fussy cut out.


The patterned paper is from Sweater Weather collection and the sentiment is from Chit Chat set and cut using the matching die.

Paper Smooches SPARKS Anything Goes Challenge

    Here is my take on the sketch.


    This is another one layer card and perfect for Virginia's View Challenge #11 - Clean Slate! =)


    I inked the gorgeous flowers from Altenew's Persian Motifs set with Memento Angel Pink ink on PTI's Rustic White card front, then colored them with Copic markers to get the no-line coloring look.


    The sentiment comes with the Persian Motifs set. Short and sweet, no? =)

    Mo's Digital Pencil Monthly Blog Hop

    Hello and welcome to Mo's Digital Pencil Monthly Blog Hop! If you arrived from Heidy's blog, you are on the right track. If not, you can start the hop from Kaly's blog. Without further ado, here is my card.


    This month's host is Kaly and her theme for the blog hop is "love & kisses." Easy peasy for this time of the year, right? =)


    I used the super sweet Valerie in Love for my card. The image is printed on Papertrey Ink's Rustic White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then trimmed to size. A thick layer of Glossy Accents is added to the balloons and little heart for a little texture.


    The sentiment is from Paper Smooches Uplifters set.
