I used the adorable Rosie With Cake from Lili of the Valley for my card. I wish I could bake cakes like that! =)
The image is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then cut and embossed using a Labels 18 die. The sentiment piece is cut using a die from Papertrey Ink.
The patterned paper is from my beloved Thrift Shop collection by October Afternoon and the sentiment is from Butterfly Kisses set by The Craft's Meow.
