Bella

Happy Leap Day, my friends! =) Here is a card that I made for Krafty Girl Challenge #112, but didn't get the chance to post it.

The challenge was to highlight or use only part of an image. I used the lovely Bella for my card. Of course you know I have to have this stamp since she is with two cats! =)

Bella is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then cut out using PTI's Mat Stack 4 die.

The patterned paper is from Country Drive 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park and the sentiment comes with this stamp.

That's it for now. Enjoy your day! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge #74

Hello! It's time for a new Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge. Here is the challenge:

Here is my take on the challenge:

The challenge is to use at least one number on your projects. Thanks to the patterned paper, I am safe! =)

I used the lovely Celebrating Chloe for my card. She is colored on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock with Copic markers then cut and embossed using a Curved Rectangles die. The sentiment piece is cut and embossed using a Classic Ovals Large die.

The patterned paper is from Happy Day 6x6 Paper Pad by Simple Stories. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

That's all I have. Please go and check out what the other design team members came up with for this challenge and find out all the details for the challenge here. Hope you can join us! =)

Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!

Cracked Egg with Bouquet

Hello every one! Hope you are enjoying the weekend. Here is a card that I made using a lovely stamp from Purple Onion Designs.

This image is called Cracked Egg - Bouquet and there is a special on all three of the Cracked Egg images. It's only $8.50 if you purchase all three of the Cracked Egg stamps! What an awesome deal! They are just perfect for Spring and Easter projects. Go check them out here!

My Cracked Egg is stamped on a piece of Strathmore bristol paper and colored with Prismacolor colored pencil and blended with baby oil using paper stumps. I am still trying to get familiar with the colors and I still have tons of room for improvement.

After coloring the image, I stamped the sentiment (with the help of Mr. Stamp-A-Ma-Jig) on the lower right corner and penciled a border before tracing it with a Sakura Micron pen. Hope my doodled frame didn't destroy the whole thing... =) The sentiment comes with this stamp.

That's all I have for now. For more inspirations using stamps from Purple Onion Designs, please visit Purple Onion Designs Blog.

Have a happy day and thanks for stopping by!
