Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween to all that celebrates it! =) Here is a, well, Halloween card that I made using a cute image from Whiff of Joy Stamps.

Not necessarily the traditional colors for the background, but still fun, right? =)

The adorable image is called Maya - Witch & Kitty on Broom and it's stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then trimmed to size.

The patterned paper is from Mischievous 6x6 Designer Paper Pad by My Mind's Eye. The sentiment and bats are from Happy Halloween set. The spider charm and black grosgrain ribbon are from WoJ as well.

Stockings

Hi ya, all! =) Here is another card that I made using the newly released The Sweetest Season collection by Stacey Yacula for Purple Onion Designs.

I used Stockings for this card. These are so cute! =)

The image is stamped on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then trimmed to size. I added White Enamel Accents to the dots on the middle stocking for a little texture and interest.

Instead of using patterned paper, I covered the edges of the card front with a mixture of matching (in colors) Japanese washi tapes. The sentiment is from Sweet Season Sentiments.

Maya's Kitty On Pumpkin

Hi ya, all! Here is a card that I made using one of the Halloween images released by Whiff of Joy Stamps last month.

Do you celebrate Halloween? We usually don't do anything special with it. However, there are kids in our condo building, so we will have some candies on hand just in case someone comes by trick-or-treating. =)

I used the adorable Maya's Kitty On Pumpkin for my card. She is stamped on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then cut and embossed using a Petite Ovals Small die using the out of frame die cut technique.

The patterned paper is from Mischievous 6x6 Designer Paper Pad by My Mind's Eye. The sentiment is from Happy Halloween set also from Whiff of Joy. The new WoJ challenge theme is Boo! Spooked You, so don't forget to submit your entries for a chance to win!

Filbert with Snowy Trees

Happy Sunday, my friends! =) Hope you are having a lovely weekend. Here is a card that I made using the super duper cute new holiday collection by Stacey Yacula for Purple Onion Designs.

I stamped Snowy Trees on PTI's Rustic White cardstock, colored the image with Copic markers then trimmed the piece to size. Some Star Dust Stickles was added to the edges of the snow on the trees as well as on the ground for a little sparkle. The cute little Mr. Filbert is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then fuzzy cut out.

The patterned paper is from Aspen Frost 6x6 Paper Pad by BasicGrey. I stamped Hero Arts Starry Sky on the card front for a little interest. The sentiment is from Sweet Season Sentiments set.

A Little Birdie Told Me

Happy weekend, all! =) Here is a card that I made using a lovely image from Mo's Digital Pencil.

I used the sweet A Little Birdie Told Me for my card. This is such a darling image! =)

I printed the image on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock, it's then colored with Copic markers then cut out.

Monsters Trio

Happy Friday! It's release day over at A Day For Daisies and this week's release is called Green Eyed Monsters. Here is my card made using a few of the fun images.

I couldn't resist those monsters and picked three to work with. They are just super cute! =) We are also combining this week's release with a new challenge over at A Day For Daisies Blog and the new challenge is "Halloween Colors." Easy Peasy! =)

I used Monster Chris, Monster Joe and Monster Cindy (from left to right) for my card. They are printed on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then trimmed to size. They would be perfect for any boy cards!

Pumpkin Framed Doodle

Hello, my friends! =) Here is a card that I made for Purple Onion Designs.

Mmmm... I do like warm colors and those colors are perfect for the cool air in an early autumn day. =)

I colored Pumpkin Framed Doodle with Copic markers then trimmed it out.

The card base is stamped with Autumn Fallings. I used a mixture of Japanese washi tape and patterned paper strips from Heyday 6x6 Paper Pack by Studio Calico to help with the asymmetrical design. The sentiment comes with Pumpkin Framed Doodle set.

Hi ya, all! Hope you all had a lovely weekend. Mama Elephant stamp set highlight continues and we are showcasing Polar Pals today.

You have to see the cute images in this set for yourself! I adore penguins (and cats, and squirrels and koalas) and this cute little penguin couple just makes me happy! =)
