Snowball Sam

Happy Friday, every one! =) It's release day over at A Day For Daisies and this week's release is called Snowball. Here is my card made using one of the new images.

I adore the big scarf that he is wearing. It looks so warm and cozy! =)

The image that I used is called Snowball Sam and he is printed on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then trimmed to size. I added some Diamond Stickles to the snow on the ground.

The patterned paper is from Wonderland 6x6 Paper Pad by Studio Calico. I took the advantage of the design of the patterned paper to help me with the design of my card. The sentiment is from Merry Everything set included in Simon Says Stamp's December Card Kit of the Month.

Cozy Reading

Hello, my friends! Hope you are having a lovely week so far. Here is a card that I made using an image released last month from Whiff of Joy Stamps.

Isn't this so cute? I think she could either be reading a book or a card from a friend. =)

Berry

Hi ya, all! =) Here is a card that I made using a few stamps from Purple Onion Designs.

I adore cute, jolly Mr. Berry and gave him a fun stamped background.

Mr. Berry is one of the new images from Stacey Yacula's Holiday collection - The Sweetest Season. He is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then fuzzy cut out.

I stamped the fun Happy Holidays Noteblock in Fresh Snow ink then added Stacey's Snowflakes over it with Aqua Mist ink. I also added Diamond Stickles to the centers of the snowflakes for a little sparkle.

Believe in Magic

Hello, all! Hope you all had a lovely weekend! =) Here are a couple of quick and simple cards that I made using the beautiful Believe in Magic set by Mama Elephant.

First up is one with non-traditional colors. I was just having more fun with the snow globe bases included in the Believe in Magic set.

This one is more "Christmas-y."

Krafty Girl Challenge # 156

Happy weekend, all! It's time for a new challenge over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog and here is my card for the challenge.

This week's hostess is Elaine and the challenge theme is "Feeling Festive." All you need to do is to create a Christmas themed card or project to be eligible for the challenge.

I used the fun Up on the Rooftop for my card. The image is stamped on PTI's Rustic White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then trimmed to size.

The patterned paper is from Aspen Frost 6x6 Paper Pad by BasicGrey and the sentiment comes with sweet Miss Nettie. I added Glossy Accents to Mr. Rudolph's red nose for a little interest.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all that celebrates it! Big thanks to you all that has been visiting me tirelessly. I am so grateful to have you to cheer me on. =)

This is a project that I made for the Thankful challenge over at Inspiration Journal. This month's challenge theme is to express your gratitude by making thank you gifts/gift holders, place cards, treat holders, tags or any way that can express your love to friends, family or this beautiful season.

I wrapped the 6" embroidery hoop with strips of torn kraft glassine paper. The flowers are cut using the Tattered Flower Garland die and the sentiment is covered with Rock Candy and Antique Linen Distress Stickles.

Why embroidery hoop? Well, I was into embroidery and cross stitching for a little while and have a couple of them sitting around. I don't like making big things and I liked its size for a wreath, so I gave it a go. Hope you likey! =)

washi skyline

Hiya, all! =) Here is a card that I made for Paper Crafts November Gallery Challenge.

This month's challenge is "All About Decorative Tape" and for my love of Japanese washi tape, I'll have to give this challenge a try! =) I covered a piece of cardstock with various washi tapes then die cut the piece with My Favorite Things Solid Skyline die.

I stamped Hero Arts Starry Sky in black on the Smokey Shadow cardstock rectangle and added Diamond Stickles to the larger stars on the background for a little sparkle. The sentiment from Stylish Sentiments: Holiday set is stamped with Encore! Ultimate Metallic Gold ink. Also in the photo are the washi tapes that I used for the skyline die cut.

Winter Fairy Halla

Hello, my friends! =) Hope your week is off to a wonderful start! Here is a card that I made using a beautiful image from Mo's Digital Pencil.

I adore Mo's fairies, they are so fun to color and I just admire the imagination in her work!

I used Winter Fairy Halla for my card. She is printed on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock, cut using a Sizzix Circles Framelits die then colored with Copic markers. Some Sugar Sparkly Fluff is added to her leg warmer and to the ends of her ear warmer and Star Dust Stickles is added to her wings and snow.

Here is a look of the flip side of the circle for writing messages.

The patterned paper is from Aspen Frost 6x6 Paper Pad by BasicGrey. I once again used Sizzix's fun Circle Flip-its die for my card. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Coffee & Tea

Hello, all! Here is a card that I made for the Canvas, Cork & Burlap Challenge in the Moxie Fab World.

I used most of the coffee related images from Coffee & Tea Set by Purple Onion Designs to create the fun background. The Large To Go Cup is stamped on PTI's Rustic White cardstock then colored with Copic markers.

I used a piece of burlap as the backdrop for the to go cup and the sentiment from Coffee & Tea Set is stamped a little wooden stick. I was thinking about the coffee stirrer you can see at coffee shops. =)

Happy weekend! It's Day 4 of Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' November preview and we are sharing projects made using Annie Rodrigue's new Travel Girls collection!

Hello! It's Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps November Krafty Peek Day 3 and we are showcasing a lovely set from Emilie Goulet called Cute-a-saurus.

There are three adorable dinosaur images and a few coordinating sentiments included in this set. I haven't seen a lot of dinosaur stamps out there and this is such a cute set! =)

This image is stamped on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then trimmed to size.
