Mini Blooms & Basic Borders

Hi ya, all! I can't believe it's the last day of February already??!! Hope you are all doing well. =) I was always interested in playing along with Runway Inspired Challenge, but never got around to do it. The other day, in between projects, I decided to try out this this week's challenge.

This week's challenge prompt has two outfits and I tried to combine them in one card.

I first heat embossed the sentiment on the cardstock with Zing! Butter then arranged the stamped die cut flowers from PTI's Mini Blooms collection around the corner.

To tie in the graphic plaid background from the second outfit, I stamped the stripe from Mama Elephant's Basic Borders set on the upper left corer to finish my card.

That's all I have. Have a fabulous day, my friends! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh Snap

Happy Monday, my friends! =) I was intrigued by the camera photos that Cath posted for the Camera Craze Challenge in the Moxie Fab World, so I decided to play along.

I fell in love instantly when I saw the Oh Snap set by There She Goes. I couldn't help but adore the cute hand-drawn look of all those camera images. This is one stamp set that I am just happy to own even if I don't get around to use it. LOL! I know, I am crazy! =)

This retro camera image was stamped on Papertrey Ink's Rustic White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then fuzzy cut out. I added Glossy Accents to a couple of the places on the camera for a little interest.

The card base is splashed with watered down matching inks and a few pieces of my beloved Japanese washi tapes helped finishing the background. The speech bubble is also from the Oh Snap set and the sentiment is from We Click set by Mama Elephant.

That's all I have. Have a picture perfect day, my friends! =)

I used the super fun Space Cadet set from Paper Smooches for my card. Don't you just love that little guy? =) All images are stamped on Papertrey Ink's Rustic White cardstock and colored with Copic markers.

I used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #15 as a jump start for my card design. I love this simple sketch! I took it pretty liberally, hope that's okay. =)
