Capture the Moments, Little Forest Friends & Elesaur

Hi all! I am here to share a fun hybrid card with you.

I used the cute papers from a digital kit called "Capture the Moments." This is a collaboration kit by Nikki Beaudreau at After Five Designs and Boutique Cute Dolls. It's available starting today at After Five Designs (and on sale!) here and it will be available at BCD starting tomorrow.

The cute cloud is from the digital kit, but the branch, bee and sentiment are from My Cute Stamp's adorable Little Forest Friends set. I just adore this stamp set!! =) I paper pieced the tree branch using the digital papers that I printed out. I colored and cut out the bee then pop dotted it over the cloud image for dimension. I also made the sentiment into a little banner for the bee to carry.

And I figured that if there is purple sky and a pink and purple bee in my pre-historic wonderland, Elesaur might fit in just fine. I doodled Elesaur about a year ago and finally carved it into a stamp two weeks ago. It's an elephant-like dinosaur... LOL!!! I can't really draw, so any attempt to draw an animal all ended up weird. Elesaur is light enough to stand on the tree branch and only slightly bigger than the bee. HAHA! I guest he/she is probably a herbivore. Hope you like him/her! =)
