Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #122
Happy Friday, my friends! Thanks for joining me for a card for Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge. Here is this week's fabulous sketch:
Here is my card:
I mirrored the sketch to fit my image. I used the adorable Deckchair Dreaming stamp available at Lili of the Valley.
He makes me smile and makes me want to sit down with a book and a cup of lemonade. =) I tired to do the shadow using the stippling style that Rach has been using, but I clearly need a lot more practice... Just in case you are wondering, he is drinking watermelon lemonade. It's the official summer drink in this household. =)
All the patterned papers are from Shelley Castillo's digital kit - Lazy Afternoon. Isn't this name/kit perfect for this image? I tweaked the color of the sky paper a little to better fit my image. This kit is available separately. You can find the yummy polka dot and solid papers here. The fun patterned papers are here. Here are the Epoxy elements and all the paint chips are here. The sentiment is from this versatile set by Hero Arts.
Well, that's all I have for now. Don't forget to check out what all the other members of the TESC Sketch Crew came up with for this sketch!! Here are the links:
Please go to Taylor's blog to find out how you can join the fun!
