Beary Big Hugs

Happy Wednesday, my friends! I am so happy to be joining the fabulous Belles 'n Whistles Stamps design team for the next two months and I am so excited! Thanks for the opportunity, Summer! =)

This week's challenge at the Belles 'n Whistles Challenge Blog is Fall Colors and here is my card.

I used the adorable Beary Big Hugs for my card. This image just makes me smile. =)

I paired her with BasicGrey's Indian Summer collection. I love the yummy fall colors in this collection. The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

The circle/heart doily-ish thing-y is cut from this Spellbinders die. It's a beautiful pattern, but I had trouble taking the piece out of the die. Anyone has that problem with the more ornate dies from Spellbinders? Any tips on an easier way to take the die cut piece out of the die is greatly appreciated. =)

That's all I have for today. Have a Happy Hump Day, my friends!

Thanks for stopping by!

Wow I love your colouring...I am just staring at every little detail soaking it up:-) I find my paper piercer helps me get intricate Spellbinder Dies out...just poke gently from the back of the die through the holes. Hope that helps:-)

Super sweet image and beautifully colored as always! I once put some waxed paper between the die and the paper and it came out a little easier. Hope it helps!

Gorgeous as always! Superb coloring.

I, too on occasion have a bit of difficulty with the more ornate spellbinder dies. Not removing the paper so much, but getting the tiny pieces of cut paper out of the holes. I've resorted to using a paper piercer to assist at that end. ;)

GORGEOUS! Alice, you really know how to use dp. If only I could use it half as well as you do! This is fabulous and I love that ornate die.
