Catch-a-flake Snowbaby
Happy Monday, my friends! Hope your weekend was wonderful. I made a card for this week's challenge over at the BnW Challenge Blog.
This week's theme is "Cozy Winter Nights." The challenge is to use something cozy or fuzzy like felt, velvet or flock, etc. on your projects. Here is what I made for the challenge.
I used some white craft felt to make the "quilted snow."
I remember seeing it at Becky Oehlers's blog last year and thought that it would be perfect for this challenge. Here is the tutorial on how to make the quilted snow.
I used the lovely Catch-a-flake Snowbaby for my card. I imagine some of you have a little girl like this at home! =)
The patterned paper is from Memory Box's Dewfrost collection and the sentient is from the Compliments of the Season set by Waltzingmouse Stamps. Also, 10% of all proceeds of the Snowbabies Collection from Belles 'n Whitles will be donated to Breast Cancer research in honor of two of B 'n W's design team members.
That's it for today. Hope your week is off to a fantastic start! =)
Thanks for stopping by!
