Super Bad, Pippin & Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep

Happy Monday! I have a few hybrid cards to share with you today.

I used paper and elements from Lauren Reid's cool Super Bad kit for this card. The patterned paper in the kit are really fun. I knew that I had to use the fun TV set image when I first saw it!

I printed it out big and colored it with Copics. This is a perfect kit for boy projects. The sentiment is from the Cutting Liners kit also created by Lauren Reid and is colored with Copics. Many sentiments from this kit came pre-colored and are ready to go on your projects!

I used the lovely Pippin kit for my second card. The color combination in this kit is very cute. All paper and elements are from the kit except for the sentiment. I made it using my Around The Block label maker. This kit is also created by Lauren Reid.

The window idea was inspired by this card from Kristina Werner's Holiday Card Series 2010. I used one of the frames that came with the kit (or find it in the elements kit) as my card base. The vellum in the window is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.

For my last card, I used Dianne Rigdon's beautiful kit - Now I lay me down to sleep. I adore all the pretty patterned paper in this kit.

I stampe the heart frame and the wings (find them in the Elements kit) over a piece of paper that can also be found in the Girl Papers kit, cut out then inked them with spun sugar and fired brick. The yellow-ish piece (also in the Vintage Papers kit) is inked with scattered straw and tea dye and the blue background (also in the Boy Papers kit) is inked with tumbled glass and broken china. Or you can find all the patterned paper from this kit in the Papers Only kit. The sentiment is from the Fancy Phrases set by Waltzingmouse Stamps.

That's all I have for today. Hope your week is off to a wonderful start! =)

Thanks for stopping by!
