2 Sketches 4 You - The Final Sketches
Laura and Kazan over at 2 Sketches 4 You have decided to put this wonderful challenge to an end. I was lucky enough to be invited to contribute in their last post using Laura's final sketch. Here is Laura's fabulous (as always) final sketch for 2 Sketches 4 You:
Here is my take on the sketch:
I flipped the sketch up-side-down and gave it my own twist. =) The patterned paper is from the beautiful Waiting for Santa/Sweet Season collection by Webster's Pages. I cut the Elegant Flourishes out with some patterned paper and piled them together to created a background to add some interest.
The Dress Form die and stamp are from a very sweet friend and the sentiment is from this set also from Papertrey Ink. The seam binding is dyed with tattered rose distress ink.
Big thanks to Laura and Kazan for inviting me to play with their last sketches and for creating this wonderful challenge blog that provided so much inspirations and encouragement for so many of us. Hope you can visit the 2 Sketches 4 You blog to see what all the other past and present DT members came up with. And don't forget to leave Kazan and Laura some love. =)
I also posted at the poppystamps blog today, hope you can hop over and take a look! =)
Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!
