3 Silhouettes & Large Fabric Design

Hello~~ How was your weekend? We had really nice weather, but since Sundays are my "coloring days" we stayed in and got some laundry and coloirng done. =)

I made this card for Hero Arts' monthly challenge and Moxie Fab World's The Grey is the New Black challenge.

Hero Arts' January challenge is Inspired by the 2011 Catalog & Card Insides. The design of the card is inspired by the page where the 3 Silhouettes stamp set is shown in Hero Arts' new catalog. I used an oval die to emboss the white cardstock first then masked the embossed area before I stamped the beautiful Large Fabric Design with pumice stone distress ink. The silhouette is stamped on a piece of white cardstock with victorian velvet then cut using the same size oval die. I then matted the oval cut out with a piece of smoky shadow cardstock. The background is also smoky shadow. The larger pearls are colored grey with a Copic marker. The sentiment is from this set also by Hero Arts.
