Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge #29
Hi all! It's time for a card for the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge.
It's a sketch challenge this week. Here is the sketch:
Here is my card:
I just flipped it up side down to fit my image. =)
I used the lovely Cafe Lucy for my card. If you know me you know that coffee is in my blood, so this stamp is a must have! =) The patterned paper is from the yummy Circa 1934 by Cosmo Cricket. The sentiment is from this versatile set by Hero Arts.
Inspired by the uber talented Anna Maria (Rimna), I tried to frame Lucy using a variety of Tim Holtz stamps and distress inks. Here is an example of how Anna Maria makes the image pop by stamping around it. I think I like the way it looks, but more practice is needed! Thanks for the inspiration, Rimna! =)
That's all I have. Please go and check out what the other designer team members came up with for this challenge and find out all the details for the challenge here. Hope you can join us this week! =)
Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!
