Birthday Parade

I am sharing a card that I made for this week's Sunday Sketch over at the PWCO blog. Here is the sketch that I based my card on:

I adore these cute penguins! I love the festive details in this image. It's called Birthday Parade and is illustrated by Rachelle Anne Miller.

After coloring it, I cut the image out using a Petite Ovals Small die then matted with a piece of patterned paper cut using a Petite Ovals Large die. I love that the dies coordinate and that makes matting image so easy!

The patterned paper is from the Sugar Rush collection by BasicGrey.
