Oh Christmas Tree
Happy Monday, all! Thank you so much for your sweet birthday wishes yesterday both here and on Facebook! You made me a very happy girl. =)
I am in charge of the Sketch Sundays this month over at the PWCO blog and here is this week's sketch:
Here is my card:
YAY! Another holiday card done! =) I used the lovely Oh Christmas Tree for my card. You may have noticed, I seem to have a thing for pink bunnies... =)
After coloring it, I cut the image out using a Standard Circles Large die then inked the piece lightly with tumbled glass distress ink while the paper was still in the die. The piece is then matted with a piece of patterned paper cut using a Classic Scalloped Circles Large die. Some Star Dust Stickles was added to the snow on the ground.
The patterned paper is from the Good Cheer collection by October Afternoon and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
I participated in the Valentine Card Exchange organized by the sweet and talented Anita last month. Lora was supposed to send me a card, but due to a few glitches it arrived late. I was so happy that it arrived safely. Here is the beautiful card from Lora.
Don't you love that pretty and vintage looking background/cardstock patterned paper she used? I adore it and her details are amazing. Thank you for the gorgeous card and the goodies you included, Lora! I love them all! =)
Since this post is already long, let's make it longer. =)
I posted this card over at the poppystamps blog today. Please hop over here to see the details.
Thanks for sticking around and hope you have a beautiful day! =)
