Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge #37
Happy Saturday! Thanks for joining me for a card for this week'sWaltzingmouse Sketch Challenge. First is the sketch:
Here is my card:
Sorry about the horrible glair on the card. The windows of the sub is covered with Glossy Accents and it was difficult to get a good shot.
I used the cute submarine from the Half Pint Heros set. I just adore this set! =) To make the center panel, I first cut a piece of white cardstock using the Classic Rectangles Large die. It's then inked with tumbled glass and broken china for (hopefully) a under water look. I then stamped the sea weed that came with the set and colored them with Copic markers.
After coloring and cutting the sub out I adhered it on the background with foam tape. I then color and cut out a few fishes and used the stars as star fish. The sentiment came with the stamp set. The image panel is then matted with a piece of patterned paper cut using the Big Scalloped Rectangles Large die and the patterned paper is from the Day Dream collection by K & Company.

You can use any stamps you want for the challenge, but we would love it if you can use Waltzingmouse Stamps! Please go to the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge Blog to see what the other Mischief Makers came up with and check out all the details for the challenge.

I love the scene you created. It is beautifully colored and looks GREAT. Love the popped up images for extra dimension.
Have a wonderful weekend sweet team mate!
Hugs and smiles
I'm looking forward to some stamping time tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get chance to play at this challenge. Hehe! Have a great rest of the weekend yourself, hugs, Ruth S
