Floral Tattoo

Hello, hello~~ Hope you are having a lovely week so far. I haven't had the chance to play with many challenges other than my dt obligations the past few months and I have decided that I need to play with more challenges and challenge myself a little more. I get to play with some paints the other day and came up with a card for the Embellish Paint or Mist Color Trends Challenge.

I inked the flourish (or butterfly trail in this case) from the Floral Tattoo set with Ranger Acrylic Paint Dabber in Stream and stamped it on a piece of watercolor paper.

The butterfly is cut from Smoky Shadow cardstock with the Mini Butterflies die set then I stamped the doily/lace pattern from the Floral Tattoo set with Ranger Acrylic Pearl Paint Dabber. I really like the shine the Pearl paint gives.

The text background and sentiment are from Papertrey Ink and they are stamped with pumice stone distress ink with spritz of water.
