Trick or Treat
Hi, all! Here are a couple of Halloween projects that I made using stamps from Purple Onion Designs.
The first one is a big (4" x 5 5/8") treat bag. I stamped Halloween Noteblock on the bag with the yummy Boysenberry ink from ColorBox. The banners from Build-a-Banner are then paper pieced.
My second project is also treat bags, but much smaller (4" x 2 1/2"). I think these would be perfect to mass produce.
The bags are stamped with Late 1800's Script Background first with Vintage Photo distress ink. The bats, spiders and sentiments from Halloween Set is then stamped with Black Soot distress ink.
My last project is a Halloween card that was inspired by the first treat bag.
The Halloween Noteblock is stamped with ColorBox's Boysenberry ink. I stamped and cut out three little spiders from Halloween Set and pop dotted them over the noteblock. The edges of the card are then inked with Black Soot distress ink. The spider strings are are made with embroidery floss and a polka dot ribbon finished the card.
That's all I have for now. For more inspirations using stamps from Purple Onion Designs, please Purple Onion Designs Blog!
