Bunch of Birds
Hello, every one! It's Friday and it's release day over at A Day For Daisies. This week's release is called Song Birds and here is my card made using one of the beautiful images.
This image is called Bunch of Birds. This is such a pretty and Springy image, just perfect for this time of the year! =)
The image is printed on a piece of watercolor paper, cut and embossed using a Large Labels die then colored with watercolor pencils and a water brush. I can't say that I am happy with the coloring on this image though... Practice! Practice!!
The patterned paper is from Picadilly 6x6 Paper Pad by BasicGrey. I stamped Hero Arts Flower Dot Pattern on the card base using PTI's Classic Kraft ink. All the paper edges were inked with the same ink as well. The sentiment tag and stamp are from Papertrey Ink's Tiny Tags collection.
That's all for now. Please check out what the other design team members created with this release here and see all the new releases here.
Also, there are fun giveaways of the stamps that was just released over at Purple Onion Designs Blog here and here. Don't forget to check out the Specials, too. Especially the Journal Grab Bag, it's perfect if you are woking on Project Life! =)
Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!
