My Favorite Things Summer School Day 5!
This is my second post of the day. Please click here or scroll down to see my post for Bellarific Friday. Thanks! =)
Hi ya, all! =) I am taking part in My Favorite Things Summer School fun and Day 5 is all about Quiet Space/White Space.
"White Space" stays in the background to make the focal point or the sentiment the unabashed star of the show. And it doesn't necessarily have to be white! And of course I couldn't the the "white" out of my head and went with a white background. =)
Mr. I-am-Not-Drunk Penguin from the Penguins in Paradise set is die cut and stamped with Antique Linen Distress Ink then colored with Copic markers.
I used a few pieces of the Abstract Cover-Up cut outs to ground him and the sentiment and kept the background clean. Hope you likey! =)
Don't forget to go to My Favorite Things Blog to see a more detailed tutorial on today's lesson and find all the links to the design team members that created a sample for today's class! =)
