Hello, all! =) There is also a new challenge up over at CAS(E) This Sketch! First is the sketch.
Here is my card.
This is such a fun sketch! =)
The balloons are cut using My Favorite Things' Birthday Balloons Die-namics set with PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock then colored with Copic markers.
The sentiment/background stamp is from the Brushstroke Birthday set also by My Favorite Things. I traced them over using a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Pen to add some subtle sparkle! =)

this one is different and so awesome sentiment in that colors
