The image is called Maggie with Penguin and she is colored on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select White cardstock with Copic markers. I was having a little trouble with my printer, so I used a rubber stamp version of Maggie and you can find it Here!

This is a quick and simple one layer card and the sentiment is from Paper Smooches' Swanky Snowdudes set.
