My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge #260

Happy Christmas Eve Eve! =) Hope you are all done with the holiday preparations and are taking a break from all the hustle and bustle of the season. Here is my card for this week's challenge over at MFT Challenge & Inspiration Blog! First is the sketch.

Here is my take on it.

Ah, yes, more safari animals! =)

Mr. Giraffe and Miss Zebra are from the Sweet Safari set. They are stamped on watercolor paper cut outs of Stitched Hexagon STAX Die-namics with Antique Linen Distress Ink. I then colored them with a combination of Winsor & Newton Cotman Water Colour Sketchers Pocket Box and Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor.

The leaves are cut using the Leafy Greenery Die-namics set with watercolor paper and colored with watercolor as well. The sentiment is included in the Sweet Safari set.

That's all for now. Don't forget to find out what the other design team members created for this week's sketch and see all the challenge details over at MFT Challenge & Inspiration Blog! =)

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!

Alice, this card is so fantastic! Your coloring, the brilliant way you've tucked the leaves in, the darling critters...love it all! I used it as inspiration for a recent card I made. Thank you for sharing your talents!
