Tumbleblossom #9

Happy Friday, all! Here is my card for this week's Bellarific Friday Challenge over on the Stamping Bella Blog.


This is an inspiration photo/color challenge week and here is the inspiration photo.


I used the colors from the photo for my card.


The lovely boutique is from Danielle Donaldson Tumbleblossoms Collection and it's Tumbleblossom #9. I stamped the image with Antique Linen Distress Ink on the Rustic White card front and colored the image with Prismacolor color pencils.


The sentiment is from Paper Smooches' Noteworthy set.

CAS(E) This Sketch #323

Hello, all! A new sketch is up over on CAS(E) This Sketch. First is this week's sketch.


Here is my card.


I had fun with this classic retro sketch!


All the sea critters are from Paper Smooches' Courteous Cuties set. They are stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White card front with Antique Linen Distress Ink then colored with Copic markers.


The sentiment is from the Courteous Cuties set as well, but I needed a larger "awesome" to balance things out and the "awesome" from the Noteworthy set was perfect.

To Bee Or Not To Bee Blog Hop

I must say that Paper Smooches' critters are some of the most delightful to color!


Mr. Bee and Miss Alpaca are from the Courteous Cuties set. They are stamped with Antique Linen Distress Ink and colored with Copic markers. Miss Alpaca is cut using the matching die set.


The "grass land" that I used the anchor Miss Alpaca is cut using the Wavy Pattern die and the sentiment is included in the Courteous Cuties set.

Daisy Floral

Here is my card.


I kept pretty close to the sketch this time!


Once again, it's the inlaid Rad Roses for focal point! The Rad Roses was cut using various cardstock and inlaid into the Rustic White frame.


The sentiment is created using the versatile Dymo label maker.

Dress Shirt + Daddy Yo 2

Hello, all! Here is a card that I made using fabulous stamps and dies from Paper Smooches.


Ahh.... The most difficult task of making masculine cards has been made easier with Paper Smooches' fabulous May release!


The handsome shirt is created using the Dress Shirt Dies with patterned paper. This is so fun to put together, you have to give it a try!


The card base is stamped using the tie stamp from the Daddy Yo 2 set and the sentiment is also included in the same stamp set.

Hi, all! A new sketch is up over on CAS(E) This Sketch. First is this week's sketch.


Here is my card.


I flipped the sketch 90 degrees counter clockwise to fit the die cuts that I used for my card.


The stained-glass-effect flowers were cut using Paper Smooches' Rad Roses Die. They were cut using various cardstock then inlaid into the dark grey outlines.


I am having fun playing with the stained glass look at the moment, hope you are not tired of it yet. The sentiment is from the Rosy Posy set.

I cut the "dad" word using two different cardstock and layered the shadow part for a look with more impact.
