Watercolors, Olivia's Garden & Little Forest Friends

Hello! I have a few hybrid cards to share with you today.

I made this set of mini cards using Jen Martakis' digital kit "Watercolors." The patterned papers in this kit all have very pretty colors and subtle patterns. Those little flowers that came with the kit caught my eye first, so I decided to use them as my focal points.

(I used Mr. Blue as the representative of the three.)

I stamped the flowers on the backgrounds before I printed them out. All I did after trimming them were stamping on the sentiments and wrapping some cream color crochet threads on them. I also inked the edges of the kraft card bases with PTI's vintage cream ink.

The patterned papers I used for my second card are from Holly Brooke Jones' Olivia's Garden kit. The pink hedgehog and tree branch are from My Cute Stamps' Little Forest Friends set. The sentiment is from this fun set by Hero Arts.

Since there are pink hedgehogs in my little wonderland, I figured a few funky colored leaves wouldn't hurt! Holly's stamps are so cute and so much fun to color! I just love them! =)
