You Rock + Starry

Hi ya, all! Here is a card that I made using fabulous stencil and die from Paper Smooches.

It's subtle, but I like how easy it is to make a colorful background with stencils!

The background is created by tracing the Starry Stencil with Prismacolor color pencils. It made me feel like a kid again tracing the stencil for the background!

The sentiment is cut using the You Rock Die.

You Rock

Happy Sunday, all! Here is a card that I made using a fun die from Paper Smooches!

It's been a while since I have played with the paper strips die cut technique (well, that's how I am going to call it)!

The colorful You Rock is created by layering strips of thin cardstocks next to each other then cut using the You Rock Die.

I glued my cardstock strips on a piece of printer paper before die cutting. I then glue the cutout to a couple of layers of cardstock so that it's easier to handle and for dimension.

That's all for now. For more inspirations using stamps, dies and stencils from Paper Smooches, please visit the Paper Smooches Blog!

This week's challenge is to use any image from the Stamp of the Month Collection and I colored up another Corkboard Backdrop.

I also inked up one of my all time favorites - Mostly Naomi again! She is colored with Prismacolor color pencils then fussy cut out.

Except for the Corkboard, I colored up a piece of washi from the Washi Tape Set and a note paper from the Corkboard Backdrop set. The sentiment is from Paper Smooches' Uplifters set.
