Antiquary

Hello, my friends! =) Here is a card that I made using supplies from Studio Calico's Antiquary card kit.

I trimmed several patterned paper that came with the kit into thin strips, glued them on a piece of thin cardstock on a diagonal then die cut the hello from it.

In order for the hello to stand out, I decided to keep the background simple. So I pull out a stencil and my light modeling paste again! I really like the textures the paste created! =)

That's all for now. Have a fabulous day, my friends! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

supplies:
cardstock: (Rustic White) Paperttrey Ink
patterned paper: (all included in Antiquary card kit) Studio Calico
dies: (hello) Simon Says Stamp
stencil: (chevron) Studio Calico
tool: (die-cut machine) Provo Craft
other: (light modeling paste) Liquitex, (foam tape) 3M
card size: 3 7/8" x 5 1/2"

Ooh I like this Alice, I thought you'd dry embossed it to start with! Great technique, thanks for sharing
