This image is called Tiny Townie Heidi Needs a Hug and it's colored on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock with Copic markers then trimmed to size.

The patterned paper is from Seven Paper's Baxter 6x6 paper pad and the sentiment comes with the image.
