Tiny Townie Peyton Loves to Pretend
Happy Friday, my friends! =) Here is my card for this week's Bellarific Friday Challenge over at Stamping Bella Blog!
This week's challenge theme is paper piecing. Um... I am hoping that washi tape piecing counts. =)
I inked up Tiny Townie Peyton Loves to Pretend for my card. I tore a yellow pattern Japanese washi tape into little pieces and pieced her bird outfit. All the rest of the image is colored with Copic markers. Her little chick friends are colored with Copic markers as well then die cut using the matching die.
Since I was having fun with my washi tapes, I thought I would patch a simple ground for the images. I also covered a piece of scrap cardstock with floral washi tape before die cutting the sentiment using a die from the Hello Words die set from Paper Smooches.
That's all I have for now. Don't forget to find out what the other design team members created for this week's challenge and see all the challenge details over at Stamping Bella Blog! =)
Have a happy day and thanks for stopping by!
