paper piecing fun!

It's all about paper piecing this week at the Hero Arts blog!

This challenge is a little hard for me since I don't do a lot of paper piecing. I had all the Hero Arts stamps that I have spinning in my head for days trying to figure out what I could do with them for the challenge... And this is what I came up with...

The little owl is pieced with three pieces of cardstock. I stamped the image on the back of the cardstock as guides for trimming. The little flower that he is holding was made with two pieces of paper.

That's all I have for now! Hope you all have a wonderful day!

ingredients used:
cardstocks: Papertrey Ink
stamps: Hero Arts
inks: Color Box Fluid Chalk, Memento, Hero Arts Shadow Ink
black pen: Zig
glitter glue: Stickles by Ranger
decorative scissors: Fiskars
die: Spellbinders Nestabilities Standard Circles Large
die cutting machine: CuttleBug

Thanks for stopping by!
