a card with Annie

The lovely Julie invited me to play along with the new challenge from The Play Date Cafe. It's a new color challenge with some extra inspirations. The colors for this week's challenge are black, white and red. I think you are allowed to use other colors as long as the colors for the challenge are the focal point.

This lovely character is Annie from Sugar Nellie Stamps I love her 'do!!! I want my hair cut just like hers!!!!!

I am also entering this card to the "Stitch It Up" challenge over at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog as well. I think the white faux stitching around the circles qualifies for the challenge...

This is one of the rare cards that turned out as I pre-sketched it... I couldn't remember when the last time was that this happened... =) Thank you for inviting me to play in this challenge, Julie! I love this cool color combination!

Thanks for stopping by!

Wow, this card is adorable! So fun, I just finished a card with circular faux stitching, too! You used the colours so well... and I can see why you`d like your hair cut like hers, it`s beautiful! My husband would leave me if I cut my hair this short ;)

Hugs,
Vanessa
