Sweet Wonderful You

Hi all! Here is a little project that I made for this month's challenge over at the Hero Arts blog.

This month's challenge theme is "Birthdays, Dads & Grads".

I modified the gift holder from this post and made it a smaller one. The adorable girl is from the Sweet Wonderful You set. The patterned papers are from American Crafts' Dear Lizzy collection.

I had serious "card maker's block" when I was trying to come up with a card to go with this treat holder... In the end, I decided to use the same design as the treat holder. I stamped the brown paper with birthday sentiments from this set using PTI's vintage cream ink. The happy birthday speech bubble is from this set. I stamped it on white cardstock and colored the inside of the bubble to match the colors on the card. It came out ok. I think it would be perfect for a little girl's birthday or even party favor. What do you think?

That's all I have for today. Hope your day is fabulous! =)

Thanks for stopping by!
