Silly Scape + The Apple Of My Eye & Two Peas

This is my second post of the day. Please click here or scroll down to see the card that I made using one of La La Land Crafts' new stamps. Thanks!

WARNING: Embarrassingly messy workspace photo included. Skip post if needed!

Still couldn't figure out why they invited me since the last two guest bloggers were the super talented Kiara and Lucy, but I am so excited and honored to be Two Peas' October Stamping Month guest blogger today. This is the card that I made for the post.

I used Hero Arts' super fun Silly Scape (it's on sale!) for the main image. I just love this stamp. I trimmed it out after coloring it then pop dotted it over the background patterned paper.

All the patterned paper is from Vinnie's beautiful The Apple Of My Eye kit. I just love those paper! The funky scalloped border is cut using this Tim Holtz die. The sun is from Holly Brooke Jones' Fun in the Sun Drawings kit and the sentiment is from this set also by Hero Arts.

Please skip this part if needed!

Really. I couldn't believe I actually sent out this photo of my scary messy work table to Jamie when she asked for a photo of my workspace. I clearly wasn't thinking... A lot of my supplies were on the floor surrounding my chair so that I had quick access to them. I didn't put that in the photo because if this is not messy enough, that photo would definitely cause some heart attacks...

It has changed since I sent it out, however. We got a shelf and put it up right next to my chair (against the back wall) and moved my mess over there. I kept forgetting to take a photo of the shelf and the "after mess." I'll try and do that soon!

Some of you have asked to see my workspace, now you have it. Disappointed, huh? =) Not fancy at all, but it works for me. Please feel free to ask questions if you have any. I'll try my best to explain to you how the mess was form if I have to! =)

Please clicker here for the interview at Two Peas Event blog if you are interested.

Thanks for sticking around for the wordy post. Have a wonderful evening, lovelies! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

The card just makes me smile from my head to my toes :) Your workspace looks pretty normal to me. My husband built me a HUGE desk and I still have so much stuff on it I can barely work. *LOL* A messy desk is a sign of a creative mind... or something like that.
