Henry Hugging Heart

Hello everyone! Hope your week is going well so far. It rained here in the Bay Area on Tuesday. Yeah, raining in late June. Really? Very strange weather. And we are expecting a heat wave come this weekend. Well, just hope I won't melt this time... =)

Anyhoo, here is a card that I made for Whiff of Joy Tutorials & Inspirastion Blog. I made a simple tutorial on how I made my watercolor background with distress inks. Please see the tutorial here.

I used Henry Hugging Heart for my sample card. This little guy is just darling! =)

Henry is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock then colored with Copic markers. The watercolor piece is cut using the Fancy Hearts border die and the sentiment is from the General Sayings II set both from Whiff of Joy Stamps. I also shared how I made the matching seam binding in the tutorial here.

That's it for now. For more fun projects, please check out Whiff of Joy Tutorials & Inspiration Blog!

Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

I luv the tutorial Alice! Thanks for doing it. Remember what I said? I'm too chicken to try? Seeing how you do the background is less intimidating now. Well, maybe 'cause I'm not the one doing it! hee, hee! Great job and cute card too!
