Bewildered & ADFD Challenge #40

Happy Friday, my friends! =) It's release day over at A Day For Daisies and this week's release is called Bewildered. It's a set of really pretty images and I have two cards to share with you today. =)

Don't you love this beautiful image? I fell in love with her right away, she looks absolutely stunning. This is probably the first large face image that I have ever colored. It was a little intimidating coloring her, but I really enjoyed it.

This image is called Bewildered B and she is printed on Papertrey Ink's Stamper's Select white cardstock, cut and embossed using a Labels Nine die then colored with Copic markers.

We are combining this week's release with a new challenge over at the A Day For Daisies Blog and the challenge theme is "Found Paper." You can use any type of found paper in your cards/projects, a receipt, a movie ticket, an old book page or even a candy wrapper. I used some light blue tissue wrapping paper that I saved from who know where and used it as a frame for the pink patterned paper. The patterned paper is from London Market 6x6 Collage Paper Pack by Pink Paislee and all the paper edges are inked with Antique Linen and Tea Dye distress inks. The sentiment is from Postmarks set by Papertrey Ink.

For my second card, I used the adorable Ribbon Dance Blue. She is delightful!

This little girl is also printed on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, she is then cut and embossed using a Standard Circles Large die. This time I framed the image with some purple tissue paper.

The patterned paper is from Plumeria 6x6 Paper Pad by BasicGrey and the sentiment tag and stamp are from Tiny Tags collection by Papertrey Ink.

That's all I have. Please go and see what the other design team members came up with for the challenge using this beautiful release here. Hope you can join us! =)

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!

ps. It's release day for the new Krafty Klubhouse set - Going Places over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. Check the new stamps out here and join the Special Krafty Hop here for a chance to win the new set! =)
