Sea Jewels Release Krafty Hop!

I go wild with hair colors when it comes to mermaids or fairies, because well, why not? =)
This little beauty is stamped on PTI's Rustic White cardstock, colored with Copic markers then cut and embossed using a Labels 23 die using the out of frame die-cutting technique. Glittery tails is also a must for mermaids! =)
The patterned paper is from Sweet Day 6x6 Paper Pack by Echo Park and the sentiment comes with this set.
