Mama Elephant April Stampede!

Hi and welcome to Mama Elephant April Stampede! If you arrived from Lea Lawson's Blog, you are on the right track. If not, you can start the hop from the Mama Elephant Blog All the new April stamps are available starting NOW in the Mama Elephant Store! Without farther ado, here is my card for the hop.

I chose to play with the adorable Tree Friends set. Instead of using the tree as is, I decided to give it a slightly different look on this card. I wanted it to look like a taller tree with a couple of falling leaves that draw the eye to the sentiment.

The tree and leaves are colored with Copic markers. A piece of Japanese washi tape helped ground the sentiment. I also added Glossy Accents to all the green leaves for a little interest.

That's all from me. It's time to send you to one of our fabulous guest designers - Elena Roussakis' Blog! Don't forget to leave comments along the way for a chance to win! To celebrate the new release, Mama Elephant is giving away 3 gift certificates worth $20.00 each to 3 lucky people! Winners will be chosen at random from the collective blogs in the Stampede. Winners will be announced on the blog on Friday, April 19th.

Here is how to qualify to win (leave a separate comment for each):
