Merry Sledding Snowbaby

Happy Wednesday, all! Hope you are having a wonderful week so far! Here is a card that I made for the Belles 'n Whistles Stamps Blog's Advent Calendar Event.

I used the new and oh so pretty Merry Sledding Snowbaby for my card. She looks like she is having such a great time!

You may have noticed that I have been using these glittered snowflakes a lot on my winter/holiday cards lately. Since I don't have a lot of wintery embellishments, I cut out the snowflakes using Spellbinders Snowflake Broderabilities from matching paper then covered them with Martha Stewart's yummy crystal coarse glitter. Just a quick and easy way to add some interest and shine to winter themed cards.

I paired the lovely image with Memory Box's beautiful Tinsel collection and the sentiment is from the Compliments of the Season set by Waltzingmouse Stamps.

Just found out about this! WOW!

That's all for now. Have a happy day! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

ok, i hope you don't mind, but i have *saved* this one to my "inspo" folder b/c... (apart from its amazingly cool coloring and all round beauty, o'course!) ...i LOVE the way you've rounded opposing corners, layered the mats diagonally, and layered the image & sentiment on matted ovals!!! have you ever thought of designing some sketches??! 'cause i think you totally have a ♥FLAIR♥ for it, missy! :)
