Rosie with Cake

Today is a sweet friend's birthday. Here is a card that I made for her.

I used the adorable Rosie with Cake from Lili of the Valley Stamps for this card since my sweet friend Miss V. is superb at cooking and baking. Sorry that this card will get to you late, but you know I love ya! Hope you have the bestest day, girl! =)

The super cute patterned paper from October Afternoon's Modern Homemaker is just perfect for this card. I kept the design and embellishments simple since I really like the background paper and didn't want to cover it too much.

I added Glossy Accents to the icing on the cake and the flame. A little bit of yellow Stickles was added to the star antenna thing-y on her head. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.
