Mo's Digital Pencil Blog Hop!

Hi all! Welcome to Mo's Digital Pencil monthly blog hop! If you came from Maya's blog, you are on the right track. This is my first Dream Team blog hop and I am so excited! Make sure to start the hop at this month's hostess - Debbie's blog. Here is my card:

The theme of today's hop is "vintage." You all know that I am better at cute cards and rarely do vintage. For me vintage is distressed edges and I am not even sure if I am right about that. LOL! So please forgive me if I got the vintage idea wrong... =)

I used the adorable Claire for my card. How cute is this image? Did you notice the book that Claire is reading to her bunny? It's "The Funny Bunny"! That makes me giggle. =)

I got the inspiration of the card design from the image itself. Since Claire is reading a book, I printed her out and cut the image using PTI's Spiral Notebook Page die. I also cut two more paper from the beautiful Once Upon A Springtime collection by Graphic 45 and layered them for the book page-ish look. The heart scallop border is cut using the Heart Lace Border die from Whiff of Joy Stamps and the sentiment is from this set by Hero Arts.

That's all from me, it's time to send you back to Debbie's blog. Hope you had fun hopping with us today! =)

Thanks for stopping by!
