Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge #40

Happy Saturday! Thanks for joining me for a card for this week'sWaltzingmouse Sketch Challenge. Here is this week's sketch:

Here is my card:

My card is also inspired by one of the cards in this post created by Carly Robertson. All stamps are from the Victorian Fripperie set. I just love the elegant background building stamps in this set! I used a Standard Circles Large die to emboss the circle on the rustic white banner/triangle cardstock. I then masked the circle before stamping the ornate border over the banner using tattered rose distress ink. The circle is stamped with vintage photo and the sentiment with walnut stain. The background is stamped with tea dye using one of the background building stamps in the set.

This is also my last card as a Mischief Maker. I have decided to step down. I want to say a big thank you to Claire for inviting me to the team. It was a lot of fun working with all the talented ladies in the MM team and I will always treasure this experience.

You can use any stamps you want for the challenge, but we would love it if you can use Waltzingmouse Stamps! Please go to the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge Blog to see what the other Mischief Makers came up with and check out all the details for the challenge.

Hope you can join us this week!

Have a fabulous weekend, my friends! =)
