Happy Hexagons

Hello, all! Here is a card that I made for Hooked on Hexagons Challenge in the Moxie Fab World.

I die cut my mask from PTI's Cover Plate: Hexagon Die using heavy weight cardstock. With the watercolor cardstock rectangle masked, I misted the piece with Boss Lady, Taxi and Water Cooler Mister Huey's Color Mists.

After stamping the sentiment, I stamped the cutout from the mask with matching stamps from Happy Hexagons set. The little hexagons are then adhered to the background with a couple of them popped up on foam tape.

That's all for now. Have a beautiful day, my friends! =)

Thanks for stopping by!

When I first looked at your card, I wondered where you bought a hexagon mask because the background looks so great misted. After reading your post, I had a 'duh' moment. Thank you for reminding me that the cover plate can be used to make masks. Sometimes I wonder where my head is at.
PS - Your card is fabulous.

hello, miss alice! this is just THE MOST amazing hexi card i think i've ever seen... a ♥BRILLIANT♥ use of that PTI template and one of the best misting cards EVER! (as miss cath noted in her post!!!) one of my favorite things is the addition of a few "cut out" hexis... and some of them popped up... adds just the right amount of texture and dimension to this MASTERPIECE!!! ♥♥♥
