Vintage Strawberry Bunch & ADFD Challenge #49

Happy Firday, all! It's release day over at A Day For Daisies and this week's release is called Vintage Storytelling and here is my card made using one of the lovely images from the release.

We are also combining this release with a new challenge over at A Day For Daisies Blog. The new challenge theme is "Add some script." Hope you can see the subtle newspaper print on my card base.

The image that I used is called Vintage Strawberry Bunch and it's printed on Papertrey Ink's Rustic White cardstock, cut and embossed using a Labels 23 (it's on sale!) die then colored with Copic markers.

The patterned paper is from Hello Summer 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park. I stamped Hero Arts Newspaper Background on the card base with Antique Linen distress ink for some subtle texture and interest. The sentiment piece and sentiment are from Papertrey Ink.

That's all from me. Don't forget to check out what the other design team members came up with for this challenge using the new release here. Hope you can join us! =)

Have a sweet day and thanks for stopping by!
