Krafty Girl Challenge 141

Happy weekend, my friends! It's time for a new challenge over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog. Here is my card.

This weeks hostess is Angie and the challenge theme is "Use an animal or insect image." That also means no people/human images allowed! I was in the mood of making a wintery card in this little heat wave we are having here in the Northern California. =)

I used the adorable Making Friends for my card. This cute squirrel is stamped on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, colored with Prismacolor colored pencils then trimmed to size.

The patterned paper is from Winter Wonderland 6x6 Designer Paper Pad by My Mind's Eye. The card base is embossed using Tim Holtz' Snow Flurries Texture Fades folder for a little interest. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

That's all from me. Don't forget to find out what the other Krafty Girls and Krafty Guests came up with for this challenge here. The Emmy's Extravagant Sale is also going on with 30 - 50% off on Em's Favorite Stamps, so don't forget to check it out! =)

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!
