Glittery rainbow, anyone? =) Here is a card that I made for the On Cloud 9 challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays.

To make the rainbow. I first put down some Scor-Tape on a piece of cardstock, after die-cutting the rainbow, I then peel off the release paper and covered the rainbow with Glitter Ritz Micro Fine Glitter. After burnished the glitter with my fingers, I colored the rainbow arches with Copic markers. Here is a video on how to do this by Jennifer McGuire.

The background is stamped with Clouds background by Hero Arts and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. The clouds are cut with craft felt and backed with cardstock for stability.
