gold & silver

Happy Monday, all! =) Here is a card that I made for Day 9 of Clean & Simple Card Making 2 online card class.

Day 9 of the class was about adding textures to clean and simple cards and the fabulous Julie Ebersole shared a couple of cards with glitters, so I thought that I'd give it a go.

I first stuck some double sided tapes to cardstock pieces, die cut the triangles with PTI's Beautiful Beads Die. After peeling off the backing paper, I added Stickles Golden Rod Dry Fine Glitter and Martha Stewart's Sterling Silver Fine Glitter then adhered them to the card base. The sentiment from Find Joy set is gold embossed. The result was pretty glamorous, no? =)

That's all for now. Have a happy day, my friends!

Thanks for stopping by!

Looks great Alice! I am always afraid of glitter but LOVE when other people use it. One day I have to get past my fear of screwing it up and just go for it. Happy Monday to you!!!
Take care
