CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #119

Happy Friday, my friends! =) It's time for a new challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays! Here is the new challenge.

Create a clean and simple project incorporates either dry or heat embossing for a chance to win! This is a two week challenge, so there is plenty of time to play along!

I went with dry embossing for my card. Before sending the cardstock through the die cutting machine, I also inked the impression plate to get the faux letterpress look.

The lightbulb is from Perpetual Bliss set by Paper Smooches. It's colored with Copic markers, I then covered the bulb part with a good layer of Glossy Accents to get a nice shiny look.

The sentiment is from Smitten set by Mama Elephant. I did a little bit of partial masking to make the orientation of the phrase came out the way I wanted. A couple pieces of Japanese washi tape and sequins helped finishing the design.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Ellen Hutson. Don't forget to find out what the other Girl Fridays came up with for this challenge and see all the challenge details here. Hope you can join us! =)

Have a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by!
