Lumberjack Days Mini Album
Happy Weekend, all! =) Here is a mini album that I made using the fun Lumberjack Days Collection from RG.
It's been a really long time since I have made a mini album. =) Here is a little process/preparation.
I decided that this album is going to be 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" using just very simple supplies. The bases are Rustic White cardstock. The stamps, patterned paper and embellishments are all from the Lumberjack Days Collection. The photos are from our trip to Taiwan back in February.
The dies that I used are from the Branch Out, Bromance Blooms and Lumberjack Blooms sets. I like to get all the die-cuttting done before I start planning out my pages and never worry about the leftovers, they will be used in future projects/cards! =)
Here are the basic layouts for each of the 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" pages. I always plan out the photos before I add embellishments.
Here is the look of all the pages with stamped backgrounds (using the Timber set) and after I added all the embellishments. One of the embellishments was a stamp from the park that we went to that day. Many of the tourists spots in Taiwan has stamps like that, they are perfect for your scrapbook pages or journals! Don't forget to look/ask for them at the visiting office if you visit places in Taiwan! =)
Here is a slideshow of all the pages after they are all done and polished. I ended up using a couple of my Japanese washi tapes to help decorating it as well.
