Bold Buzzwords

Hi ya, all! =) Here is my homework for Day 1 and Day 2 of the current Online Card Class - Watercolor for Card Makers as well as for May's Challenge over at Inspiration Journal.

Day 1 and Day 2 of the Watercolor for Card Makers focused on background techniques and May's challenge theme over at Inspiration Journal is "Celebrate!" Create a project celebrating any person or day in your life for a chance to win!

I used a neat technique Jennifer Rzasa shared for the background. I love the chevron stencil that I used showing through. It's subtle, but really fun to see in real life!

The sentiment is from Paper Smooches' Bold Buzzwords set. I kept this card really simple so that the background stands out more. Hope you likey! =)

That's all for now. Don't forget to submit your projects here for a chance to win $50 Emporium Dollars to use in the Inspiration Emporium Store! You can always use discount code wonderland at check out when you shop in the Inspiration Emporium Store to receive 10% off your entire order! =)

Have a happy day and thanks for stopping by!
